Coach Sylvie brings more than 25 years of coaching experience and a lifelong love of gymnastics to every athlete she works with. Originally from France, she trained and competed for over 15 years, reaching Level 10 at the Grenoble Gymnastics School Academy and later competing at Stendhal University. She began coaching at just 17 and has since worked across competitive and recreational programs in both France and the United States, including serving as a high school head coach and leading athletes to state qualifications and podium finishes.

In 2026, she opened OMEGA Gymnastics in Purcellville to create a small, supportive environment where athletes receive individualized attention and grow with confidence. Her focus is simple: quality over quantity, preserving each child’s love for the sport, and helping them reach their full potential in a place where they feel known, valued, and supported.

Coach Shivana grew up in competitive gymnastics, training for nearly 10 years and building a strong foundation in discipline, technique, and performance. Alongside gymnastics, she has an extensive background in dance and spent many years teaching it, developing a sharp eye for form, artistry, and confidence on the floor. She has been coaching gymnastics for over five years and is passionate about helping each athlete grow not just in skill, but in self-belief.

She cares deeply about her students and takes pride in seeing them push past limits and reach new goals. Outside the gym, Shivana has a background in marketing and a love for travel, bringing creativity, energy, and a global perspective to everything she does. Her goal is to create a positive, motivating environment where athletes feel supported, challenged, and excited to excel.

Coach Robert has over 30 years of experience in teaching tumbling skills to athletes of all ages and skill levels, including Junior Olympic level. The gymnastics tumbling program focuses on developing essential tumbling skills, strength, and flexibility for athletes of all ages and skill levels. With expert coaching, athletes progress through various levels, learning foundational techniques to advanced tumbling skills. The program emphasizes proper form, safety, and progression, helping athletes build confidence and achieve their full potential in the sport.
